The air/gas diaphragm pump provides a pumping chamber which is totally sealed, therefore does not require a sliding seal between moving parts. Vacuum and pressure is produced by the flexing of the diaphragm back and forth in the chamber. The reciprocating action is created by an eccentric driven connecting rod under the diaphragm. The liquid diaphragm pumps can handle corrosive gases and vapours when the correct materials are specified and are completely oil free, making them ideal for use in applications where contamination cannot be tolerated.
COULDN'T FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR?
We list a rough overview of products on our website. In reality Charles Austen actually manufactures over 10,000 different pumps, which obviously is far too many to list here. If you can't find something that fits your requirements the chances are that we already build something that will.
Charles Austen Pumps can offer different material variations for either the pump head or diaphragm meaning that the pump you find looks promising can be tailored to your individual application needs.
